I am a database administrator (Level II Technician) at ARIN Intermediate Unit 28 in Pennsylvania. Aside from my database duties, I also perform the level II tech duties such as troubleshooting computers, installing software and operating systems, upgrading hardware, and the other usual tech stuff.
I like answering computer-related questions on Yahoo! Answers because I know just how frustrating it can be when your computer acts up. Also, I like giving people good advice so that they don't flush their hard-earned money down the drain by buying something that don't need.
