Why does my cat poop outside the litter box and constantly meow for attention?

For the litter box problem, I have a friend that swears by Cat Attract. It's a special litter that makes cats want to use the litterbox. I personally have never tried it, but she swears it works miracles.

im not sure but we have the same exact problem with our cat! he meows all day to go outside then when we let him out he meows to come back in. and the basement is covered in crap and i have to clean it. seems like the same problem with our cats but im not sure what it is.

aww ... my cat was like that 2. Hes a primaDonna. I had 2 have the rite litter - it had 2 b clean n freshly scooped --- n he needed his own box not sharing with another cat.

My 2 babies r 2 fuckn funny =)
