Good question!!! Technically the two of your are not related. But...in Etiquette is says that you should address him as Brother In Law. I think it is great that you are looking for the right thing to call him. Kudos to you!!!

i always thought it was your brother in law, but someone told me that in actuality you are not really related at all, and there is no special term for it. I thought that was really weird.
i would still use brother in-law myself.

I don't think he is considered anything to you. It is your wife's brother-in-law, but to you, I don't think he is anything.

As I said in my answer to your previous question, it's brother-in-law. This term can be used for the brother of my wife, or the husband of my wife's sister, or the husband of my sister.

Colloquially, some might refer to them as a brother-in-law. Technically he's just your sister-in-law's husband.

From these definitions it seems he is your brother-in-law.
