I just want to emphasize that you cannot get 2 TIN Numbers, it is punishable by law.

    go to Bureau of Internal Revenue near your place. Ask for an application for TIN. Fill it up and submit. If you are employed, there's a slot that must sign by your employer or your employer will apply for you, please coordinate with your Human Resource department.

    go to the BIR in your locality. They won't entertain you in the main BIR. fill-up forms according to your profession, if you're an employee or you own your own business, there are different forms for each

    this is to get an EIN number. You can click on "Fill Out Form" It takes about five minutes, if you have all your information together. I had one when I did licensed daycare years ago.

    go to your local bir office, it is more convient and be sure just get one it is a life time issuance , getting more than one is punishable by law and will give you a lot of troubles and headaches.
