according to webmd,

you sound like you have a concussion. but i'm not a doctor.

here's a overview about concussions

http://www.webmd.com/brain/tc/Traumatic-…

it's up to you whether or not you want to go see a doctor, but feel better and hope this helped.

A concussion is a clinical diagnosis (a diagnosis made based on clinical presentation). Any alteration in level of consciousness that resulted from a head trauma is a concussion. Generally, there is no treatment for concussions. Sometimes a few sedating medications can be tried to help with the dizziness. If the symptoms are severe or prolonged, a CT scan may be used to look for underlying injury inside the skull. Subdural, epidural or inderparenchymal blood.

that sounds like a concussion. i think without getting dr. tests done you should do a sobriety test like cops do. balance, vision, orientation, etc. if you fail i'd see a dr. get someone to take you. if you try to get through it w/o dr. don't do it alone.
