Diazepam 5mg for Anxiety?

I have Diazepam 5mg for my anxiety and was wondering if that is a strong dose?

Additional Details

I was just wondering because I am trying to not use any medication. It is hard but I wanted the lowest doze so that when I do need to use it I can and at other times I just do the breathing exercises.

You say you want the lowest dose: 5mg is probably it.

I have BPD also, thats not a very strong dose, but it depends on how often you take that 5 mg.
