Nasonex in pregnancy. Any updates?

As you know, it's sometimes difficult to get the most up-to-date info on medications, particularly for pregnancy. What is the current scoop on using Nasonex in pregnancy? Allowed or not? Is there something better recommended other than Clariton (which doesn't help). I've seen the info on the net that it is Class C, but wondered what others, who are currently pregnant, have been told.

Additional Details

I am not currently pregnant but hoping to start trying. Can't take Sudafed (makes my heart race). My gyn ok'd other stuff that I take, but he has now retired and I don't go in again until September. The story of my life. All 3 of my doctors retired in the last 6 months!
