How long does Tylenol w/ codeine #3 stay in your system?

I'll make this long story short. My wife had a headache and asked for a Tylenol. I accidently gave her a Tylenol 3 I had prescribed to me for a kidney stone. How long does it stay in your system? She has a drug test coming up.

I think it should be out in 1-2 days, if not just explain to then that it was an accident. I would think that they are more worried about harder drugs.

If it is for her work then all she needs to do is tell them what happened and she did it by accident.
