NO!!! ALCOHOL WILL CANCEL THE AFFECT OF THE MEDICATION,KEFLEX IS A STRONG ANTIBIOTIC SO YOU MUST HAVE A REAL BAD INFECTION..DON'T DO IT OR YOU WON'T GET BETTER

I don't recommend it myself...
But the site below did say:
There are no restrictions on food, beverages, or activities during treatment with Keflex unless otherwise directed by your doctor.

Do not drink any alcohol while taking Keflex. Alcohol completely neutralizes antibiotics.
