NO!!! ALCOHOL WILL CANCEL THE AFFECT OF THE MEDICATION,KEFLEX IS A STRONG ANTIBIOTIC SO YOU MUST HAVE A REAL BAD INFECTION..DON'T DO IT OR YOU WON'T GET BETTER
