I also get really iritable and isolate myself and sleep all day feeling like I dont want to do anything, I triend not taking it for two weeks and it was by far the worst two weeks of my life in recent memory, also how do I get off this crap.
Additional Details

You should wean yourself slowly off of Ativan. That will minimize any withdrawal. Do it slow and steady. Do not rush it. And you will be successful with much fewer, if any, side effects.
From my knowledge, your other medications are not causing any problems or contribution to the Ativan withdrawal.
If you haven't already, inform your doc on what you are doing.

Its not a very smart idea to stop your meds. without being under a doctors care. Ativan is a benzodiazapam. If stoped or even cut in half it can cause seizures, and other withdrawal symtoms some of those you have mentioned. Benzos are highly addicting. Your doctor prescribed them for a reason. You need to consider talking to him before stopping them.
Good luck

your report is not common for the dose and amount
I don't deny that you have some discomfort, but It's questionable that it's the drug.
the rule of thumb is to continue to work yourself down in 1/2 dose increments.
eg 1mg for a few; 1/2 tab the same amount of time, etc.
Not offering pro advice here, just personal info gained in life.
Might see a doc about general health to rule out something concurrent and/or to see if a beta blocker might be something to use as an occasional alternate.
