I took3 500 mg vicodin and 2 1 mg xanax to try to sleep through the pain from a tooth ach why aint it working

I'm suprised it didn't work. If you take both of those drugs regularly like I do, you develop a tolerance. Try an 80 mg of Oxy and see if that works. If that doesn't then I don't know what to tell you. (Maybe a shot of whiskey too?)

If you are in that much pain, you need to have your tooth fixed. You can end up with a serious infection.
