Even though he was born of Indian immigrants, he is eligible under a clause in the constitution to run for president or hold office of president. I don't think he will make good VP since he just got elected and if he ran with the GOP nominee then the GOP will never be able to win Louisiana and the vulnerable U.S. Democratic Senator of that state will have a better chance now thanks to him abandoning his people. I guess it will show people again what a real conservative is like.
Reality,
I changed my original response because I was wrong. As far as the conservative YA people go, there is a Democrat out there who can admit he is wrong regardless of what you may all think.

he is very well spoken and seems to hold true conservative values. He is a first generation American his parents are from India but I believe they are citizens too. He seems to be a good man so give him a chance damn it!!
this is just a first impression but he looks good, I'll be watching him.

Seems like an OK person to me... but does he have the experience to be VP... a heart beat away from being president.. Otherwise I can see no objections.

No. He just got elected in LA. Would be way too soon to withdraw his Governorship. Regardless of his character or dedication, the bad timing alone virtually disqualifies him. Technically he could do it. But it would be seen as abandoning one political position for the sole purpose of pursuing a position with more authority. He'd be ripped to shreds over it.

Let him run a state first and then we'll talk more about higher office.

IT WOULD BE WAY TO SOON FOR HIM TO RUN FOR ANY HIGHER OFFICE. LET'S SEE HOW HE HANDLES THE FIRST REAL CRISIS IN THE MOST CORRUPT STATE IN THE UNION.
