Drink plenty of water, wash your face twice a day, don't touch your face with dirty hands, eat healthily. If you don't want to do that then the only solution left is to get some ProActive. It works like a charm and you can continue to drink soda, eat whatever you wish, and touch your face whenever you want. Lol!

many pimples appear on oily skin. therefore, you should avoid fatty/oily foods. stress too and sleepless nights can contribute to such, so you must avoid them. clean the face with warm water before you sleep to remove the dirts caused by dusts, make-ups and creams.

there are many causes of pimples. Some pimples are really cause by clogged pores, some dirts or dust and some even are cause by something you eat. But there are also pimples that are really in your genes. That means its already in your blood thats why you can always have pimples. Also pimples come out also if ypu are in stress and late to sleep. So better visit your dermatologist to have your face check up. I knew for sure they knows best about skin problems

Keep your face clean and do not touch it with your hands - which need to be washed at appropriate times. Stress adds to acne, too. An astringent is also advisable.
Remember, it looks worse to you than it does to the rest of us. Be yourself and few will notice even if you do have an outbreak.

-Drink ALOT of water
- wash your face first thing in the morning with warm water and a cleaner (dove Soap, pro activ, acne wash, etc) and then rinse it with cold water
why? because hot water open the pores, and cold water closes it after you clean it with soap.
-dont put your hands, or anything that got oil on your face throughout the day, if so, wash your face always, try to use the oil absorb sheets so there is not oil on your face throughout the day
-Eat Healthy, that means no greasy foods like french fries, and ESPECIALLY NO HoT Sauce, Eat a lot of fruits and Vegetables
-Dont strss during the day, stresing also gets you fat in the stomach
-Dont smoke Cigaretes
-Wash your face agen before you go to sleep
-when you sleep, try not to have the covers close to your face, because when you sweat at night, this causes the pimples too

The above answers are good. If it's a severe problem the only thing that will stop them is an anti-biotic cream from a dermatologist's prescription.

Prevention is better than cure.
We are not talking of tubes of medication here.
Best is to have a set routine for skin hygiene.
Clean and wash the face 3 times .
hair to be shampooed every alternate day as you go out of house and collect pollution on it.
A clean hair, combed away from face will help in preventing pimples.
Then after cleaning the face, apply a light lotion and then calamine. Or a light foundation. This protects the skin.
Next is to keep stomach clean and healthy. Also have a healthy diet. fresh fruits and vegetables in diet. Less fat and carbs. And have yogurt with food.
Lots of water to drink. Start the day with a glass of water. Have 6 to 8 a day.
All I write is tested and tried. I have done courses too. And helped many cure this way.
Do it and see the result in a week's time.
Wish you a beautiful skin.

good hygiene.
proactive (or the generic wal-mart brand stuff....all works the same)
the blackhead removing strips and face masks (mary kay has some great ones) weekly
Clean & Clear Persa-Gel 10 cream, GREAT!! for drying out pimples over night.
Water-based makeup (clinique has some good ones)
washing your face 2-4 times a day
drinking alot of water and not sodas
being consistant with all these habits

Pour a few amount of chamomile ( a kind of medical plant) in the hot water then keep your face 25-30 cm from the liquid. Also keep eyes closed. Wait for 10 min. For a better result do the fumigation under a sheet. This process kills midrobe, stimulates your Circulatory system, opens skin holes, excretes poisons & heavy metals entered your skin during aday.( TRY IT!!! It is a MIRACLE!!!!!!!)
