I was watching the movie "Undercover Brother." Is the running joke true?

So in this movie Eddie Griffin plays this Black agent who has to pass as a white-washed White person. When they're in the restaurant, he has to put hot sauce on his sandwich with extra mayonnaise. Is it true that Black people don't like mayonnaise? and if so, why?

Thanks everyone for the answer, specially those who didn't treat me like a moron. I know it was a way to make fun of a stereotype, but having a conversation with my husband, who happens to be Black, while making dinner and his snub at mayo, I asked why he didn't like mayo. He, sarcastically, suggested I should post this question on Yahoo! Answers but I didn't want to because I didn't want to sound racist, anyway he helped me put the question into context and this is what ended up online. Thank you everyone, but I guess I would always wonder why my Honey doesn't like mayo.

Somewhat. Just like any other race, you have those who like it and those who don't. I know blacks that love it and request extra mayo when going to Burger King or Micky D's and I know blacks who are turned off at the sight of it.

please don't take that movie seriously it was suppose to be a way for black to make fun of all the stereotypes that they are faced with just like those shows liks SNL and MAD TV where celebs go on and make fun of the stuff people are saying about them in the media toshow it isn't true so they make fun of it
