there should be surf/type shops in your town right? that have all the in fation, just go down to one of them...you need T shirts and baggy jeans

med long hair isnt really in fation, but its up to you how you have your hair =]

Wear lots of Hollister, abercrombie, abercrombie and fitch, aeropostale, and american eagle.
Also, wear lots of:

-hoodies
-baggy jeans
-converse all stars
-DC's
-t-shirts
-polo's
-Jerseys

Sorry, but you can't look good and get cheap stuff at the same time. In the meantime, check out the clearances of these stores.

Jeans and t-shirt never go out of style. Spending all your money on labels won't make you look any better. Dress comfortable, you will be happier.

Although many people wear it, I do not recommend the skinny jean on a guy. It gives the look of chicken legs.

And, please cut your hair. Long hair is for girls.
