i was wondering becuase i saw on youtube and on yahoo answers that it can be used for multiple thing like bug repelent for bugs/acne and of couse smoke /fireworks

Sulfur is one component of a certain pyrotechnic, I will not say what. It is very dangerous, similar to a class D type fire. Please use responsibly

Well, now you've got us wonderin' what you're planning on doing with it. Anyone can buy yellow sulphur powder (flowers of sulphur) at the pharmacy in the U.S. I've used it to repel chiggers and to cure a dog of mange. Stinky, though.

No you cannot get it at a pharmacy. Try a chemical supplier.
