I toatally agree with deble_2000 - Robyn Carr's series is REALY good!!
I also love Debbie Macomber, Nora Roberts and I'd recommend Nicholas Sparks too.
Judith McNaught is more romance than womens fiction but she is probably one of the bests too.

blondy i totally agree with u any of jodi piccoults books are great reads. a thousand splendid suns and the kite runner are excellent. the reader by bernardt schlink- the alchemist by paulo coelho-an interpretation of death-blood river by tim butcher- no country for old men, sorry some of the authors names i cant recall off hand>

Peony in Love by Lisa See. It's just a really really amazing book. Anyone who likes romance and/or historical fiction should definitely check it out.
