According to this (posted last November), Disney owns/operates about 250 busses (not all of them are in service at the same time).

I was just there and was amased at the good service. No more than 20 minute wait anywhere and a lot less than that most of the time. Thanks.

They have a huge fleet of buses driving around and around transporting there large numbers of guests around the property and its weird because of the way they operate it never feels that full. The only place i felt a bit crowded was waiting for the bus at the pop centuary that was a bit manic lol
