How do you write it without writing 800000000 zeros???

You can write it in the normal way which is;

10^800000000 -------------------->> answer

or

Use Scientific notation, which is

10^(8.0 x 10^8) ----------------------->>> answer

Now your question which is;
"Would 10 to the power of 80000 times 10 to the power of 10000 work?"

The answer is NO! because

10^80000 x 10^10000 is NOT EQUAL to 10^800000000 but
rather EQUAL to 10^90,000
