Hmm... I haven't heard anything about this,but it is possible that it is delayed. Well according to the website you provide it look like it won't be out until next week.

Its possible the TV Tokyo,is not releasing it do to some reason,possible broad casting problems.

Actually yes that is true because of current release dates it will not be out until the 28th.

Naruto Shippuen episode usually come out once a week on Thursdays and are subbed the next day on Friday.
