I think working on house training your puppy and teaching him how not to bite is a good place to start. But, if you're ready to move on. . .

This website posts a free "trick of the month", http://www.101dogtricks.com/samples/bbal… Your local library may carry the actual book though. There is also a small yahoo group for support.

I have the book myself. It's fantastic! http://www.101dogtricks.com/pages/index.… Nice pictures, easy to follow, lots of tricks with grades of Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, or Expert. It also tells you which tricks it would be good to have your dog already know to build up to the advanced stuff.

start witht ehbasics of sit and down and then start with paw. You should also have your pup in puppy classes... most people in there are proud to show off any acool tricks they have tought their pup. Then they will show you how they did it.
