Runescape (jagex) phone number? emergency?

ok well this is my problem jagex is a frking untrusted company! i tried becoming a member again 3 times in a row today and it says payment denied and when i check my bank it says 3 payments were taken out of my cc of 5 dollars it clearly says runescape by jagex cambridge gosh i just dont trust them anymore and i even checl my email and it gives me proof that i made him a member but i try to log in and it says i must become a member first. i tried emailing them but they havent answer and it just upsets me to know jagex is untrusted

Send a query to customer support. Go to this page:
http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewcateg…
and scroll down to "Further help". Click on "Submit a billing query".

Explain your situation and they will help you to solve this issue.

    stop wasting money on runescape ad get on with it, u just relizd its a stupid game with an untrusted server so find a new game and quit runescape

    they say "We are sorry, but due to security reasons we do not offer telephone support to the players of RuneScape. It is our policy for us to only communicate with our members regarding offence appeals, billing, etc. via the RuneScape Messaging system, which we believe is totally adequate for any communication you wish to send us."

    Ok well sometimes it takes some time to get it online. You have to wait until they get to work to do it. Give them a little time.

    dont pay it anymore but if u really want to do not give them ur credti card or anything like that and walk some dogs to get that money back and then try send them the money?
