When my friend go married 2 years ago, she got everything CHEAP. Wedding dress from the sales in January, same with bridesmaid dresses, hired a hall for the reception got in touch with the local college for catering and photography students. (They were excellent) they used my Gold PT Cruiser for the Wedding car/bridesmaids and my Silver Renault Espace to ferry the bridesmaids and other guest to the Hall after the wedding. Got the Car ribbons from the local wholesaler cost £2.45 for the ribbons and bows then sold the remainder on eBay. The photos were stunning, the catering out of this world. The total cost was £3000. It can be done, there was no skimping, they had everything they wanted just got bargain after bargain in order to achieve their special day.
Hope this helps. Have a good day ;-)

Nudist wedding.
Save a fortune on expensive clothes.

ok here goes
i would get your champagne flutes from the dollar store, i would get any kind of ribbon and material at the fabric store when it's off season and on sale for really cheap, shoes when they're on sale, like this winter when they're like 50% off, meke your own invitations, they sell really cute kits for do it yourselfers, rent everything, never buy like your table cloths or napkins or anything, and instead of paying someone to put your flowers together, go and do them yourself. my sister just saved a few hundred dollars on flowers for a couple hours work and they turned out beautiful! there were also people there to help you too. Good luck and congratulations!

weddingsolutions.com is great for helping you plan and for getting started. Some cheap sites that have great stuff are efavormart.com, balloons-galore.net, save-on-crafts.com and also try ebay. Start by choosing a date, theme, wedding colors and a basic ( what type of ceremony you want, flowers, wedding party, types of food, favors, etc)

find a local college that does photography tell them you are getting married, ask if a student could come along and take some professional pictures, you will pay for all materials.
You will be suprised how good they will be.

ok well why dont you hire a social club for your reception? now that you cant smoke in these places it will be ideal for you.
as someone else has mentioned check out Ebay, i have bought my dress from ebay and rather than it costing me £700 i have gotten it for £85.
you could do this for all your dresses. If this does not suit, your bridesmaid dresses could come from debenhams, bhs or dunnes stores.
also you could make your own invitations, this is another idea. there are loads of ways to cut corners. but be careful dont cut corners on things that matter, your phtographer can be cheap but dont go too cheap my friend really cut back on hers, and she hates the photos.

I would absoltley recommend EBay. I got married in December and saved an absolute fortune buying things from E-Bay.
I did buy a dress from E-Bay and had it shipped over from China. That cost me roughly £110 then paid £80 for a dress fitter to adjust it so it fit absolutley perfectly.
Amazing savings if you buy personalised napkins, invites, and other bits and bobs.
Absolutley couldn't go wrong with it.
If you want I can try and find the users that I bought my goods from and give you their shop names to look at.
