Could this mean my friends MSN Messenger account is being hacked?

She appears online, I send a mesage, no reply, she logs off and I get a message "This message could not be sent to ......."

This happened 4 times in the last 2 hours.

Could this mean she is being hacked???? If you know, tell me so I can warn her.

Could be either a data transfer problem or hacking. If this continues for more than a day or so then it is due to someone hacking the msn account.

If it is hacking then she should make a new email account with MSN and report the incident to them. Next for security reasons everyone should change their password at least once every 30 days and always use Strong Passwords, they are hard to hack and if done right she will not have the problem any longer.

You can get password generators online most of them will make strong passwords for you and you can save them to a notepad in your accessories area and that way you don't have to try to remember them, just copy and paste.

Good luck.

No, it means theres a problem sending data to that person and she isn't receiving it, it's probably some problem with her internet or something, especially if she logged off quickly.

Read the error message to yourself, if data isn't getting to someone what makes you think their accounts been hacked? Out of all of the possible MSN hacks I can think of, none of them would sign someone in and prevent data being sent to them, even a denial of service attack wouldn't do that.
