What car should i choose? If you guys have other cars in mind pls tell me.doesnt matter Suv,Coupe,Hatchback...?
I was wondering what car I should buy? Its gonna be my first car, so I have to look at everything everything like Insurance, Fuel economy, stuff like that..I can buy a car up to 30k. I had 3 in my mind if you have something better pls tell me. suv,coupe....
2009 Chevy Camaro
2008 Volkswagen Eos
2008 Bwm 1 series
- I realy like Camaro but , it doesnt have strong resale value, and I think even with the 3.9 V6 fuel economy is gonna be pretty low 8(.
- The Volkdwagen Eos is hardtop convertible, to be honest I wasnt even thinkng about this car but Consumer Guide put it in the Premium Sporty/performance Car list, i had some questions i wanted to ask you guys 1. is this car even sporty? 2. Iam not a big fan of the looks, when are they gonna redesign the car? 3. is it a girly car?
- Bmw 1 Series everything is good, but in consumer guide they dont concsider this car sporty. They consider this car a Premium Compact Car 8(. 1. lol is this car girly? 2. When will they redesign it

MY ADVICE IS GO WITH A FOREIGN MADE CAR. THEY ARE DEFINITELY THE BEST CHOICE. ACURA IS TOP OF THE CLASS. ALSO, THE NEW LANCER AND EVOLUTION BY MITSUBISHI HAVE STARTING PRICES OF AROUND 13,000.HONDA AND NISSAN, SUCH AS THE MAXIMA WOULD BE GREAT LONG TERM CARS. AND IF ITS YOUR FIRST CAR YOU DONT WANT TO GET SOMETHING TOO EXPENSIVE BECAUSE ROUGHLY 70% OF FIRST CARS EITHER GET INTO ACCIDENTS OR TRADED IN EARLY.

The Chevy could go either way. The Eos is a total chick car and the Bimmer costs way too much money for what you get. I don't recommend any of them as a first car though. I say it all the time: get something you won't miss when you wreck it.

With soaring gas prices I'd suggest that you get a Japanese hybrid. Toyota & Honda have a pretty wide range of hybrids to choose from. And they are reliable too. Mazda RX-8 : fast & affordable & loads of fun going around bends at high speed.

Easy one. BMW 1-Series. Coming from a guy, this is not a girl's car at all! Strong performance, good MPG, great chick MAGNET... Resale, The BMW name.
Listen: There's two doors for one reason, there should be only two of you in the car. (Hint, hint).
BTW, Consumer reports is a good resource, but don't consider\dismiss a car just because THEY think it cool or not.
PS: My reccomendation is the Accord Coupe V6 for all the same reasons as the BMW plus some...

Forget a V-6 Camaro. That is like getting a V-6 Mustang. Pointless. If you want the V-8, expect to pay over sticker for the first model year.
I am not a VW fan, but the Eos and the Mazda MX-5 are the best Convertibles on the market. They aren't going to redesign it anytime soon. It just came out last year.
VW is known for making girly looking convertibles (Bug, Cabrio, Cabriolet, Rabbit), but this is the best one they have ever made and is the most cross-gender friendly.
BMW 1 Series is a good car, but overpriced in my opinion. You might as well get a 3-series for the price difference vs. car difference.
If you want other ideas - Acura TSX, Honda Accord EX-L, Ford Mustang GT
