Same problem through three generations in my family. My dermatologist says it is eczema. My family doctor agrees. Derm gave me a cream called Cataphil. I think it is OTC. It works quickly if I use it as soon as I start to break out.
I've also found that washing with liquid soap, even soap for sensitive skin causes me to break out. Back to a messy bar of Dial in a soap dish. I use paper towels to dry my hands.

I get these also, always on my hands, I never knew what they were and never really worried about it since I usually only get a few and they go away after several days to a couple of weeks.
A couple years ago, my brother broke out into them but he got them all over his hands and feet and he had them BADLY.
He had to go to the doctor over it, I don't remember the name of the bumbs but it is from STRESS!
After my brother told me that, I then noticed from that point on, everytime I broke out with them, something was bothering me.

It sounds to me like you are having an allergic reaction to something in your environment. Even though you don't use any add creams, soaps, gloves, etc., something is causing a reaction that causes these little blisters. Sometimes your body will start to have a reaction to something you use everyday. The only person that can really tell you what it is is a medical doctor, specifically a dermatologist.

I had this prob. for years 25 to be exact. Only the bumps-rash was in the folds of my arms. Dr. said it was neurodermititis, but that an outside element brought it to the surface. This happened to be fule oil used to heat our home. When I was 25 I went to another Dr. he gave me a shot of cortisone I believe ATCH and it has never come back.
