Tracing a mobile phone number to retrieve the holders address or home phone number?

I've recently completed an online transaction for a notebook pc. The silly thing I did was to pay via bank deposit. It seems the member has done a runner as he is no longer registered on ebay and his mobile phone is switched off. I Have his mobile phone number, his last name and inital of first name. I know he lives somewhere in chatswood in sydney and I also have his bank details. Is there anyway I could track this guy down to retrieve his home phone number or address?

If your able to help, here are some details that I have of this guy.

Name: Y WANG
City: Chatswood
State/Territory: New South Wales
Country: Australia
Phone: 0404366692 (vodafone)

Banking details:

Hybrid Digitals
National Bank
BSB: 082024
ACC:812191623

Please let me know if there is anyway I could trace him to find his address or home phone number.

It's happened to over 90 ebay members. everyone who purchased an item from this member the past 1/2weeks have lost there money. Me anlong with a few others have estimated that he has taken off with over $150,000

Also, report it to the police, hopefully, seeing there is over 90 of us, we can get the police to do something!

Sorry but I can't help but want you to know I am searching for the same person also. He did the same thing to me just over three weeks ago. Did you print out the item you bought on ebay. I didn't but remember that at the bottom of the item description it had his business which was located in Chatswood as he did repairs etc . I can't remember if it had his address tho but I thought it did.
I am doing everything I can to locate this guy. Also did you log this on ebay? I did yesterday but have to wait 10 days to go any further.
I have just found out this guy also did the same thing to someone on oztion on the 27th Apr.
If you find anything please let me know. Together we might be able to catch this guy out!

I am in the same boat. I just google this and found this page.
    Here is my purchase: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190223370617

I tried calling as I'm sure you have and the voicemail is full. I'm a bit lost to what has happened. I mean why would the guy scam everyone and give people his real account details. Previously, he had good feedback.

Im hoping its some family emergency instead of a scam. I'm up for any ideas that anyone has.

    EDIT:

I have put together a Wiki page to help compile information on this guy.
