Acne scars... vitamin E or bio-oil?

Question

would cutting a vitamin E capsul and putting it on my scars or would bio-oil be better to use? would either of these cause me to break out? which one is more effective? have you ever used any of these prodeucts and what were your overall experience with using them, did it acctually work and about how long did it take for them to be gone?

i use vitamin E cream and it helps me a lot. my skin is clean and awesome after i used it

Vitamin E tends to clog pores, and stains clothes, i suggest Bio-Oil because i am currently using it and YOU WILL see better results, i used to use vitamin e oil.

I use vitamin E for my acne scars, and it seems to work really well!

i use porcelana for my scars..seems to work quick...like in 1-2 weeks for the really dark ones...but just wanted to let you know that you can buy the lil bottles of vitamin e oil at walgreens or cvs for like $4 that way you don't have to make a mess w/the capsules. It's in the facial care section. Also, proactiv has that sulfur mask that works great too..
