i think you can transfer them from your iPod to your computer with a third-party program. i know there are many programs like this but i would recommend Aniosoft iBackup, It enables you to transfer iPod's music and other content to any storage device and iTunes as well. And both the backup in the storage device can be recovered and restored with no any change and no any risk.And the data in the iTunes is quite in accord with the iPod's data including its playlists,rating and etc.

    i don't know if it works the same way but there was once when i deleted all my apps and when i plugged my iphone in, i was afraid for if it'd sync them all away .

    firstly , turn off auto sync .

    plug your ipod in and try transferring purchases .

    that worked for my bought apps . it might work for your purchased songs too .

    Source(s):

    happened to me before but with apps instead of songs .

    get rid of your apple products AND BURN THEM.
    Download winamp

    well first of all =_= youve already made me facepalm by not simply turning off the sync option. so now that that's sorted, you can either use explorer (or finder =_=) to find the music, use a nice little application called ephpod, or take my previous advice, download winamp and you can use that to get the music back onto your computer.

    apple are idiots for not giving itunes this functionality from the beginning.
