when unwanted sites just come to the screen how do you stop that ?

Get rid of the spyware on your comuter.
First turn off System Restore.
Download, install and update Malwarebytes. Then run a full scan in Safe Mode.

then delete all System Restore points and create a new one when you are sure the malware is removed.

try this.
its pretty good actually
it simply modifys your connection a bit
nothing that will cause security problems but when you goto a "bad" site
it will display a safe and friendly page telling you its not family friendly
