Any sites for cleaning my computer totally free?

Are there any sites that i can go to that will let me clean all the junk and crap out of my computer for free? I can only find the ones that will scan and tell you what your problems are and might fix a couple of things. I need something that will get it ALL out. :)

Also download and scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

Both are free and will clean a lot of unwanted junk from your computer.

Thanks SO much. Got it going I think. I have one program that I can't remove and i already did the uninstall several times and now my icon is even gone but it still tries to install when i turn my computer on. It is a Real Estate program I uploaded and don't have a disk for anymore. Any ideas?
