Question

How do put the appropriate program in my phone so that I can recieve all the appropriate data.
Ya see I bought the phone from the manufacturer unlocked (no service provider) and I have put my OPTUS sim card in and it works as usual. But when I recieve mms's I don't have the softwear installed that I need. Also, some of my music files from my memory card will not operate.
PLEASE HELP!

Music files can be locked to your phone, so when you removed the memory card you lost the ability to open them.

You may not have the MMS turned on. Have a look for the MMS settings, sometimes when you go in that section there is a hidden function to the main key which shows a settings menu.

Just play around with it or read the book. If all else fails, go back to the shop and demand they fix it.

For the music files.. Only certain phones can play certain music files (eg. mp3, wma, etc) & depends on the data you want to recieve aswell.
