White iphone email virus sent to my contacts from me, how to get rid off?

I've got this email a few times before but I'm not sure how to get rid off it since my computer started sending it.
It goes like this:

How are you these days? I bought one white apple iphone 3gs from this website www.noisyt. com to my surprise,it's genuine , much cheaper.You can c heck it,Hope everything well.

Well you have a worm, its the worm which sends the email, this is how the worm spreads.
