How can i make waking up in the morning easier?

i wake up at 6 and i go to sleep usually at 9:30

I'm getting more than 8 hours of sleep but it still very hard for me to get up

Set your alarm and turn it up as loud as you can, then set it across the room so you have to get up. Once your up, force yourself to stay awake. Splash your face with face (pretty much wash it) then pour cold water on your wrists for about 15-20 seconds. Put on some loud music, use eye drops (optional), looking at bright flowers really does help a lot, and drink some water and practice breathing for awhile (optional too). I usually do all of these, and they work really great. I got the tips a youtube video, but I forgot what it was called. Oh, and smell like, strong peppermint..anything. :)
