Please for the love of God stop now and find a gymnastics coach and a gymnasium. There IS somewhere you can go, there is ALWAYS somewhere willing to teach gymnastics.
The chances are doing it by yourself without the correct support you ARE going to get hurt.
We have to get real qualifications to coach gymnastics because the chances are broken necks are high. You need insurance to train because the chances of broken bones are so high.
You won't be tumbling on mats anyway, you'll be tumbling on air tracks and sprung floors where we can control your tumble properly.
STOP NOW BEFORE YOU GET HURT and find a REAL coach and a real gymnasium.

Go to a gym and learn gymnastics. Also try yoga to become flexible.
