So tired and had 11 hours sleep..?

It is apart of pregnancy I know I know blah blah blah >.<
But is there A N Y T H I N G i can do to help me be more awake ?
its driving my room mate nuts me napping and being to tired to clean up haha

It is next to impossible to be an American and lack protein. Most Americans get too much protein. Anyhow, I was wondering the same thing so I will star this. Its like every day I get 10+ hours of sleep and I am still tired.

Being more active, taking walks during the day. Keep yourself busy and have a schedule. I am very lazy but i started keeping myself busy and i started to build more energy.

maybe you're getting too much sleep. I now when I get to much sleep I feel tired all the time. If I get up earlier and stay active, and go for walks and do things I feel a lot better.
