Use a pop up blocker to block it.
http://popup-stoping.com/trojanhorsesrem…
or
you can block it manually under the steps.

Step1
Press the Esc key one time. If this does not help, press Ctrl, Alt, and
Delete keys all at the same time. If a programs screen appears, select end task and left click your mouse one time. If another screen appears select end task and left click your mouse one more time. Hopefully your mission is accomplished with this five second procedure.
Step2
If step one worked for you, you'll probably have to do it again each time you connect to the Internet, but only once per visit, until you go into your computer and delete this file that keeps popping up from your computer.
Step3
If the above procedure is working for you, great. However, they may return again as invisible pop ups. When you're computer appears to be stalling for longer than normal, try the above procedure again, to see if the same program screen reappears. (Invisible pop ups are done away with in the same manner).
Step4
If the procedure mentioned above did not help, disconnect from the Internet. Press Start, then control panel, then Internet preferences.
Delete cookies and search history.
Step5
If the above attempts were not enough, delete the user name and use
another one.
Step6
If the above attempts were not enough yet,
your computer is infected spyware.
Scan your Spyware/Adaware

Step 7
If IE pop up,you can manage your IE by using Cleaner tool.

most new browser's have a built in pop up blocker already. you can individually install a program for that. i know that firecfox has that as a feature. but even firefox i have found out can't block some pop up's depending on what sites you go to. at least it's not bad like it use to be back in the late 90's when i first got on the internet for the first time. it was so rediculous especially when i was on dial-up at the time. but sites have found new ways to advert pop up blockers with several ad's that will pop up. that's because some sites have ad's as a support for their website. so that site can stay free by earning money every time that ad is on.

i just suggest you two thing firstly, block your pop up menu through tool menu if you are using firebox browser. click on the option and go to the content make sure the pop up blocker in checked. if the problem is not resolved then secondly this may be due to adware which is responsible for display unwanted ads continuously. so you need the bestantispywarereviewed.com to detect and remove the adware program.

Get a pop-up blocker, perhaps? Just google pop-up blocker. If you already have one as part of you current security system, just turn it on.

Don't let these parasites into your system in the first place!
The following tips help, but methods (vectors) constantly change.
►FIREFOX: Tools> Options> Privacy> top drop menu set to "Firefox will use custom settings..."> Check 'Accept Cookies from sites'
    & Un-Check 'Accept 3rd Party cookies'
This list is a few of the essential items you should have.
Note that the Internet is so fluid and dynamic, and exploits crop up almost hourly, it is imperative to stay current with all phases of Windows defensive measures, and keep all rubbish out: stopped @ your doorstep.

    ►NoScript:

    ►AdBlock Plus:

    ►Better Privacy:

    ►Flashblock Plus:
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox…
    ►Ghostery (reveal the web bugs, ad networks and widgets on every page);
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox…
[After install it MUST be turned "ON": FF Tools> add-on's> Extensions> Ghostery> Options button> Blocking tab> "Select" All & "ON"> Save.
    Thanks "SurfUp" contributor].
    ►Web of Trust:
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox…

Most of these will confine your interaction with a website (which is a good thing: i.e. allowing you to verify if you want the interaction), but on the other hand, they speed up browser page loads, as they block a lot of the 3rd party assets being requested from alternate servers.

    INTERNET EXPLORER: Tools> Internet Options> Privacy> Advanced:
here check 'Override automatic....'; 'Allow session cookies'; 'Allow 1st party cookies' & 'Block 3rd Party Cookies'.
Using IE (all flavors) and allowing "active scripting" is the single biggest mistake people make. "Drive by installs", "Opacity based attacks", and many other malware problems arise from this feature alone...(switch to Firefox).

And, get this installed: ►"HOSTS file" (from mvps.org) which blocks evil webpage assets from re-directs which install malware or trashware. (Vista requires special instructions; on-page link)
    http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.ht…
    [thanks "tempo1" contributor]
    **********
Rouge malware and escalating server based spyware are becoming indistinguishable & may cause system misbehavior .
Requires "Opt Out" on EVERY browser on EVERY machine.
    Google here: http://www.google.com/privacy_ads.html
    Yahoo here: http://info.yahoo.com/relevantads/
Turn off 'spell check' may help, as this sends keystrokes back to the server also, which may be used to 'target' advertising.

When installing ANY new application, check the EULA or ToS for 'Toolbars' and/or other crud they try to slip past ya'.

    Good luck. ;)
