+ get a personal coach, or find somewhere in the area where they do football training, or go to an academy

If i were u i would not hesitate to walk onto a soccer field in any college campus before or after a game and talk to the coach and players to get u hints and a spot on the squad. Maybe there is an indoor soccer stadium near u or a soccer school.
I suggest u also round up friends and play in the park. Even if u only see men play, ask if u can join. Just like in tennis, prepare hard.
Speed is important if u play forward. Reflex is important if u play defense. There are certain techniques u can learn just from watching games (even on tv - ESPN2 or FoxSports) like dribling and heading. U can practice against a blind wall or around water filled gallons lined up - if u dont have orange traffic cones. Jump rope and run 100 yards against the clock. Try to head balls into a basketball loop.
On youtube too u will find a variety of vids to inspire u.
And above all, watch English Premier League every weekend!

In all my years of playing soccer, I have learned that being able to use your weak foot is one of the most important skills you need to have. Also good ball control, leadership, teamwork, and shot. Practice all the time, play pick up games, go to camps, play in door football, never stop playing it.

Train hard and practice often. Reading training manuals for sport specific skills can help. In the end you must live the dream - and that means hard work.

I think if you have gifted the issues remain difficult to solve! Maybe you should go to school in the center of football!
