WR - Vincent Jackson, Marques Colston, Dwayne Bowe, Nate Burleson
TE - Greg Olson, Vernon Davis

If you're trying to upgrade to make a run for the playoffs, this doesn't help you enough. It's a modest upgrade at RB and you need more than that. Here's some ideas:
Carson Palmer is having a great season, but you'll never start him over Brady, who's had his bye week. So Palmer is trade bait. And since you're so solid at WR, any of them could be dangled out there with him for the right RB. Obviously, it's good to have AP but after that you've done great at working the waiver wire, but still don't have a starting RB in the bunch. So that's another combo option: maybe combine Palmer and Bradshaw to upgrade at RB. This is where you're hurting most because the rest of your roster is really solid. Moats was a popular pick up, but Kubiak knows he put up those numbers against one of the worst run DEF in the league. There's a 3 way committee in Houston at the moment. Parker probably can be dropped and Charles has the rap of not being an every down back on a team that will likely be behind in most games. Bowe is entering the soft part of their schedule and will start looking like the Top `10 WR he is.
Also, there's no reason to have Greg Olsen on your roster. You'd never start him over Davis, but I don't see trade value. So grab someone in FA who might have some upside - its better use of your bench than a TE you'd never play.
