How do i change my email attachments from opening into notepad?

I have a Windows Vista and every time a open a email attachment it opens into notepad. I have Microsoft Home Office but i haven't a clue how to change it over so it opens the attachment automatically in 2 were its best? Please Help!

Go into Tools, internet options, Programs and change your settings there under HTML editing, Change it to word instead of notepad.
