Why does this guy always look at me funny?

Today before school I was walking to my locker, and I saw him go into the gym lockers after his morning basketball practice. I saw him just glance at me, but then he double looked at me. Then twice during the day I saw him in the hallway and he kind of looked at me and smiled. In the last class of the day, which is the only class we have together, there was one point when we were supposed to get up and talk to someone else for one minute (because everyone was really hyper and the teacher wanted us to get it all out so that we could focus for the rest of class). We were both talking to this guy Alex, who was standing between us, but then he walked over next to me and pretty much turned his back on Alex. On the way out of class, he was also looking at me a lot. Then I was walking behind him and my friend Meghan was walking towards us, and she called out my name really loudly. He looked back at me as soon as he heard my name. Stuff like this has been happening for about two weeks. Is it possible that he likes me? I know he has a girlfriend from another school, so I don't know... If he doesn't like me, then why is he always looking at me? I know he doesn't do it to everyone.

Ask him about it and if he says: you're cute or I want to hit it, etc. Then tell the authorities (Vice Principled). Sexual Harassment is punishable by law
