How do i delete an incorrect mobile text account?

i incorrectly entered the mobile account using the full address, 10digit#@carrier.web. how do i delete or correct this account?

Thanks Jess. I was able to go into my Contacts folder, and delete the incorrect account. I did not realize that the Mobile Text/Chat was connected to Mail Contacts..... Now I know... Again, many thanks Jess....

You have to log into the account
and delete it from there
