What is the LCD on my computer? I think it`s called that it`s causing flickering and darkness?

you may have bad connection between screen and computer. My friend had the same problem, it was just connection wrong. Try to press the screen around on frame to find the place to work it better

That would be your 'LCD inverter', search for that along with your laptop model on ebay, there's bound to be some third-party parts for it on there.

The display connector to your screen PCB might have gone lose.
