Energy production starts at the cellular level with what is known as mitachondria. They are your bodies energy source. Any form of energy production that does not include building and developing healthy cells will come with a following energy crash. If you want true energy production you need to start with a healthy diet, lose the sugars and processed foods and increase your level of exercise. For short term spikes in energy some of the other things discussed here will work, but they all come with a price. For a healthy, high level of natural energy, it always starts with diet and exercise.

If I could use myself as an example. I am 54 years old. I play basketball four days a week. I study karate and mountain bike over 2,000 miles a year. I manage three businesses and get up on stage regularly to motivate people and teach them leadership. People constantly comment on my level of energy. I will drink a cup of coffee from time to time, but do not drink energy drinks or pills. It is my level of fitness that keeps my energy high.

Best of luck. Feel free to contact me for more information. r4yd@comcast.net

They are just caffiene pills - one tablet has the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee - there are directions on the packet about how many you are allowed to take.

Basically they are if you dont want to drink coffee or red bull you can pop a no doz instead - definitely do not take a no doz as well as coffee/ energy drink as you will overload on caffeine.

They are fine. I took one today, actually. It is just caffeine, the active ingredient in coffee. Bare in mind, however, that chronic caffeine intake will downregulate (increase the amount of) the receptors in your brain that respond to caffeine leading to tolerance. When you become tolerant to caffeine, you will start to need it just to be your normal self. Coming off it can lead to withdrawal, where you will actually require the caffeine to have your usual amount of energy.
