Has anyone used Diamond Tour golf clubs?

Their golf clubs are very cheap - just wanted to check to see if they were ok so would be interested to hear what people's experience are with them?

Are they the best clubs out there?...not even close. However if you're on a budget they work pretty well. Have you ever heard the saying "it's the Indian not the arrow"?

this model has been used for many years by custom club makers. very low cost entry level clubs. also assembled for club rentals, driving range use. i have not used them. have seen the results of these clubs as rentals and driving range clubs. there are much better entry level clubs at better price. Hippo golf has a entry level set . they are so good single digit handicappers are using the driver from this set. you can not go wrong with these. very popular in europe. john daly and ian woosman used these on european tour. please avoid any clubs that have tour on them. it may not say diamond but the poor casting and the tour word are dead giveaway. with economy in the tank. used top line sets 3 years old are going for 150. hippo or used best bet. check out sporting goods section classified adds newspapers. or if your community has large flea market . unbelievable steals.

I have a couple clubs that I bought from them. They are not as good as the name brands but unless you are a low single digit handicapper, it won't hurt your game. I got a driver and a wedge from them about 3 years ago. The driver got handed down to my wife who still uses it and I pull it out of the bag every once in a while myself. For the budget minded, its just fine.
I would suggest taking the money you save and put it into two things. The first is a series of lessons with a pro. After all, if your clubface aint square at impact, no club is going to help you. The other thing is to get a good rangefinder. I have a $300 one but I recently saw a site online have one for $123 before a $50 rebate. You may want to check that out:
