Kimi out of F1 in 2010 - official!?

Looks like he won't be with anyone. ThE chances of his being back in 2011?

It says in the article that he may try his hand at the Le Mans 24hrs...at least he already has lots of experience in staying up all night long, which may give him an advantage.

Very few drivers come back to F1 once they have left, and I don't think Raikkonen has the motivation to do it.

Yea, most probably he is not going out in Formula 1 tracks next year as Jenson Button is going to join Lewis in Mclaren Mercedes. It is not certain if he is going to return on 2011 but seems if he is not entering Mclaren Mercedes, he is not there in F1 next season. That is disappointing :(

Personally? Not going to happen. I tell you why? I think his too keen to try his hand out rallying. Shame to see such a talent worrying more about money (Can't blame him). I think the $17 million from Ferrari if he doesn't race seems more tempting for him then to race.

i would say at this very moment he is team seeking ,with new teams coming on board for 20/10 he is sure to pick up a drive with one of them , maybe the new team from the usa, who knows

Yeah, I don't reckon he'll be back. A year off is a long long time in F1, and I doubt any highly competitive team will offer him a seat after a year off.....unless he has a promising test drive. He should have gone to Maclaren and gone head to head with Hamilton, but like the article says, Hamilton has built that team around him, and I doubt Kimi would get the same support. It's a shame, in a competitive car he's one of the, if not the quickest drivers out there.....and he's crazy too :-)

I think he still gets £15M even though he isn't driving next year, If I was Kimi I would buy a mansion in southern Spain and let the holidays begin!!
