I love the draw!

Group A - Mighty mighty Fed heads this group - with Murray having a 6-3 winning H2H record against him,DelPo who just defeated him in the US Open final,and Verdasco making his debut and will be eager to perform well in this group though obviously its tough,and Murray-DelPo with a small feud in the past! This group though,I still feel is a little less competitive than Group B.

Federer and Murray to the semis(I hope I'm wrong,I hope DelPo goes through but seems unlikely becaue of his injury and despite Murray having an injury,he probably will strive to perform in front of his country crowd)

Group B - This is where I think the more exciting matchups will be. All players have had impressive histories of beating each other - And all of them are capable of beating each other. London will be a hard court matchup,so Nadal's impressive 14-6 H2H record doesn't really stand. Nole,in fact leads Nadal 6-3 in their hard court meetings this year,Davydenko having beaten both Nole and Nadal recently in Shanghai,and yet losing to Soderling in the USO and Paris is an enigma. Soderling is one of the best on indoor hard courts,yet has been losing in either 2 or 3 sets to Nole. It's a big mix,actually.

Djokovic and Davydenko to the semifinal. I cannot believe I'm ruling Nadal out of this,but I'm basing my predictions on their abilities on hard courts and previous H2H history. Nadal hasn't performed as well as the other 3 on hard courts,though I believe his determination can make his matches against Soderling and Davydenko go either way.

Semifinal - Djokovic beats Murray in 3 sets
Federer beats Davydenko in 3 sets

Final - Federer beats Djokovic in 3.

Group A: Federer
Group B: ummmmmmmmm..... i'll go with Djokovic just because Nadals just on his way back from an injury

group A- Murray because Del Potro is injured and Federer is having a let down. Federer might be able to take advantage of Verdasco's tendency to hit winners as well as errors of both sides and Del Potro might think too much about his injury and Federer might want revenge in which case he will play clean tennis. So i pick Murray and Federer to advance to the semi-finals.

group B- Djokovic because he is in really good form, i expect him to progress to the semis 3-0 and Soderling has Davy's number and can get a win over Nadal if he doesn't let the occasion get to him. Nadal is not known for being good in indoors and he's in a group with players who have given him so bad defeats. So i pick Djokovic and Soderling to advance to the semis.

finalists Djokovic and Murray, if Federer secures the year end number 1 ranking then I don't think he'll progress any further (even though i want him to) and he seems to be having some kind of let down and he won't able to get past Djokovic (even if Djokovic becomes chokeavic.) Murray will beat Soderling easily unless Soderling plays some inspired tennis and doesn't let his temper get the better of him which i don't think will happen.

winner- Murray, i think Murray might win, maybe Djokovic will get nervous at the prospect of actually defending a big title.

To be honest, I don't know that I can really pick a winner. I know Djokovic is the hot player right now, but it doesn't mean anything at this event, considering how tough it'll be. I can honestly see Federer and Murray coming out of Group A, only because Del Potro will still be less than 100% healthy, and Verdasco hasn't been the same player as he was at the beginning of the year.

As far as Group B, Djokovic may get through, but I don't know who'll join him. I honestly want to say Nadal, but being realistic, he's got one hell of a draw, needing to go through Djokovic who's had his number big time as of late, Davydenko, who beat him badly in the Shanghai final, and Soderling, who ended his French Open run this year. I'll have to say that if not Nadal, then Davydenko will join Djokovic coming out of group B

As far as picking an overall winner, I think that it will be either Djokovic, Federer, or Del Potro who actually wins it. My long shot pick will be Nadal.

Final - Nadal vs Federer..... Close.. i'll have to see how they both play before i make the winning prediction. hopefully nadal wins regains number 1 then murray drops down to 5.. Roddick - gets better suprise entrance
