move ur feet in closer to your head. After a while you'll get used to coming back up. Also work on strengthening your abdominal muscles it will help alot!!!

practice in front of a chair or couch so you can use your hands to help you get up till your muscles can do it on their own. Even better would be to practice on a slight hill so gravity can help you.

you need to either practice your front walkover on a cheese (triangular) mat at a gymnastics gym, or strengthen your stomach muscles, so you will be able to do it on the ground

Well for me, I started on a couch, then I worked my way to it on a slope hill. Then I would go from something smaller. Then you'll get it. Also work on your stomach muscles.

If you have stairs in your home, do a backbend by the stairs. Then move you hands up onto a stair, preferably 1st or 2nd, then try to stand up. I hope I helped!

That's how I got mine.
