My pc dosent work please help?

Well yesterday I turned off my comp and now when I turn it on the screen is black and I can see my mouse so I decided to try to run it on safe mode but that dosent work so I try reinstalling windows it gives me an error and now after I've tried it it says windows has failed to reinstall or sumin like that but let me also say when I turn it on it says windows has detected somthing wrong with your hard drive please press enter and it says please press any key to boot from cd so I can't fix it can somone please help I'd really appreciate it thnks

Additional Details

Everytime I try reinstalling windows it says windows setup could not reinitialize the deployment engine to install windows, restart the installation

Ok...l would need to see the computer, but maybe have your hard disk drive checked out. It may be dying.
