UGH. BIG UGH. DelPo can lose to anyone BUT that slamless Murray(for the time being).
It was a total disaster in the 1st set. I was covering my eyes when Murray was thrashing him until he got to 5-0. His nosebleed didn't help either. I thought he was still bothered by that injury, but hey buddy at least get yourself onto the board..this ain't the time to get bagelled! And yeah,he began to find his game slowly in the last 5 mins of the 1st set, earn 3 games consecutively to get to 5-3 before succumbing and losing the 1st set 6-3 to Murray. And boy, sure I dislike Murray for that constant fistpumps and "come on!"s,even when DelPo committed a double fault he also did the fistpump, wtf is that?! Murray though, did take full advantage of the situation and showed his great defensive skills always and DelPo wasn't as good a defender as Murray was.
2nd set was great,DelPo was almost playing the way he played in the US Open. He seemed as if he had found his rhythm, and that's what I liked about DelPo. Great players always have the ability to hit winning shots from a seemingly impossible angle, and what DelPo's great at is this ability to create an angle himself to hit from. Murray was obviously flustered, lost his tempo and coupled with DelPo playing well he gave the 2nd set away 3-6.
3rd set could have gone either way...Murray really stepped up his game. Hit some really great shots and kept DelPo's morale down the way...so much that when he got to 4-1 I immediately turned off the tv and went to check the live updates instead hahaha. 6-2. Game.
Although I f*cking hate Murray for his antics and the "supposed rivalry" between them - well it was Murray in fact who misheard what DelPo was saying and scolded him for no reason!,Murray did play well and stepped up his game when it was necessary. DelPo could have won if he continued to play the way he did in the 2nd set,but too bad he ran out of gas. But,I believe DelPo WILL beat Murray someday! :)

- Thanks for the answer. And I too am unhappy that Murray won, hopefully he loses against Fed and/or Verdasco!
